Requirements

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with proven experience independently leading large-scale or complex business change, ideally across multiple markets, functions or workstreams. You'll bring strong practical knowledge of change methodologies and tools, outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, and the judgement to navigate ambiguity and make evidence-led decisions in a fast-moving environment.

The role

Are you passionate about helping people and organisations successfully navigate complex change? This is a fantastic time to join Specsavers as a Change Manager, working within our Global Business Change team as we deliver some of the most important transformation initiatives across our business. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you can make a real impact from day one.

If you're an experienced Change Manager who loves turning transformation into meaningful, sustainable change, this is an exciting opportunity to join Specsavers at a pivotal time for our Change team and make a difference over the next 12 months.

What you'll do

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end change approach across complex, high-impact global programmes, helping ensure our Partners and colleagues are ready, willing and able to embrace new ways of working. From change impact assessments and readiness planning through to engagement, communications, learning and adoption, you'll make sure change doesn't simply get delivered, it genuinely lands and sticks.

This is a role with real autonomy and visibility. You'll work closely with Programme Leads, Sponsors and senior stakeholders as a trusted change partner, confidently influencing and challenging where needed while balancing pace, risk and quality. You'll also have the opportunity to coach other change professionals, contribute to portfolio-level planning and governance, and help evolve the standards and frameworks that underpin how we deliver change across Specsavers.

How you'll work

As part of a global team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across different markets and time zones, including APAC and Canada, so some flexibility around working hours and travel will be important.
