Call Centre Assistant

Some of the skills we're looking for include:

• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Outstanding customer service approach, able to provide support and reassurance to customers via email and on the phone
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people

• Previous experience of working within an audiology/optics environment desireable but not required

As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you'll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments.
