PLM Deployment / Engineering Process Project Manager

CIMPA serves the manufacturing industry, as well as suppliers to major OEMs, operators, partners, and customers, in the aerospace, defense, energy, and transport sectors.

Your missions

• Lead the deployment of engineering processes and tools (PLM, document management, configuration, etc.).
• Coordinate all stakeholders involved in transformation projects.
• Support users and suppliers in the adoption of new working methods.
• Analyze existing processes and propose areas for improvement and harmonization.
• Organize and facilitate project steering committees.
• Ensure the monitoring of schedules, risks, actions, and performance indicators.
• Prepare and produce reports intended for the various stakeholders.
• Participate in the integration of new suppliers into the client ecosystem.
• Contribute to change management, communication, and training actions.
• Guarantee consistency between business needs and the deployed solutions.

With a Master's degree (engineering school or university), you have proven successful experience in one of the following areas:

• Industrial project management;
• Deployment of PLM solutions;
• Transformation of engineering processes;
• PMO;
• Organizational consulting or change management.

Ideally, you possess:

• A good understanding of engineering processes and the product lifecycle;
• Experience in the deployment of tools or methods within complex industrial environments;
• A strong capacity for coordination and communication;
• Ease in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders;
• An analytical and synthetic mindset;
• A professional level of English.
