Portfolio Performance Manager - UK or Spain

The Role

We are looking for a Portfolio Performance Manager to join Sonnedix's Global Performance Centre of Excellence and help drive operational performance, portfolio optimisation and value creation across our renewable energy portfolio. The role will work across Operations, Asset Management, Commercial, Finance, Engineering and Digital teams to identify improvement opportunities, support strategic initiatives and strengthen operational and financial decision-making.

We are looking for someone who can lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in improving portfolio performance, driving cost-efficiency initiatives and turning operational insights into commercial value.
Combining performance analytics, operational excellence, automation and AI-enabled solutions, this role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change across a growing international renewable energy platform.

Desirable skills

Strategic Performance & Operational Improvement

• Experience identifying opportunities to improve business performance and leading initiatives that deliver measurable operational, financial or commercial benefits.

Commercial & Financial Acumen

• Strong ability to connect operational performance with financial outcomes, including cost efficiency, budgeting, business cases and value creation.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels, including experience supporting executive-level projects and decision-making.

Automation, AI & Digital Transformation

• Demonstrated interest in leveraging data, automation, AI tools and digital solutions to improve processes, reporting and operational visibility.

Renewable Energy, Infrastructure or Asset-Intensive Industries

• Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or similar environments, with an understanding of operational performance, portfolio optimisation and continuous improvement.
