Scrum Master

• Experience supporting Agile or Scrum teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with a collaborative, coaching‑focused style.
• Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum mechanics.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, technical teams and stakeholders.

• Facilitate consistent Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in understanding roles, events and artefacts within Scrum.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure backlog items are refined, understood and ready for development.
• Track delivery metrics and help teams understand trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Promote working agreements and estimates that improve predictability and throughput.
• Escalate blockers the team cannot resolve themselves.
