FLT Production Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Fork Lift Truck Production Operator to join our Northampton team.

We're looking for a safety-focused and motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations across the site.

• Operating FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Supporting stock accuracy and inventory control.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Warehouse, Production and Despatch.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting site performance.

Monday to Friday | 3-Week Rotating Shift Pattern
