Retail Team Leader

Join us as a multi -site Retail Leader in Southampton, Portsmouth, Poole and Fareham, where you'll work within our Retail team to inspire and lead your teams to consistently provide a great experience for our customers, as well as achieving exceptional commercial results. You'll have the support to aid your continued development to make an impact, pushing boundaries, creating solutions and reaching targets.

What you'll do -

• Work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 across your 4 locations
• Role model our values every day, placing our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do
• Proactively maximise the commercial performance of the store, increasing volume and value while driving conversions and ARPU
• Support and challenge your team to achieve and exceed targets, recognising developmental opportunities to ensure they are empowered and equipped with the tools to succeed.
• Build and develop an inclusive and diverse team, while delivering against operational performance measures

Essential Criteria -

• Experience within Field Sales, Retail or Telecommunications Sales at a multi site leadership level

• A proven track record of coaching / developing teams to deliver against multiple KPIs and products

• Evidence of commercial understanding and profitability impacts

• A passion for delivering great customer service and evidence of driving NPS metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire a team to reach above and beyond in their roles.

How you'll work

This is a pivotal position within the Sky Retail South and South West team - covering 40 hours, across 5 out of 7 days a week including weekends and Bank Holidays.
