Drive circularity: pre-demolition and pre-refurbishment audits, reuse of materials, the Resource Management Plan, and waste reduction targets and reporting
Support the design team on operational energy performance, including energy modelling and on-site renewables, so the buildings perform as designed
Embed sustainability and environmental requirements into design responsibilities, procurement packages and subcontract enquiries, and review supply chain submissions against them

Work with our Social Value team to deliver the project's employment, skills, education and community commitments with local partners in Oxford
Produce accurate monthly sustainability reporting for the client and for company performance reporting
Train and upskill project staff and supply chain partners through inductions, toolbox talks and briefings
