Financial Planning & Analysis Partner

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business by providing high-quality insight, forecasting and decision support to senior stakeholders across the Group.

This is a highly visible role at the heart of our Finance function, responsible for leading the end-to-end planning cycle including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and scenario analysis. You'll ensure financial plans are robust, aligned to business priorities and supported by meaningful analysis that helps drive strategic and operational decision-making.

Working closely with Finance, Data, BI, Underwriting & Pricing and wider business teams, you'll develop sophisticated financial models, challenge assumptions and provide insight that identifies risks, opportunities and actions that support business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

-Leading the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
-Coordinating planning activity across stakeholder groups and ensuring timely delivery of outputs for Executive and Board review.
-Developing and maintaining financial models to support planning, business decisions and scenario analysis.
-Producing insightful analysis across income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and key business performance indicators.
-Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs, including Board and Executive reporting.
-Providing commentary and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
-Supporting strategic initiatives through business case development, investment appraisal and post-implementation reviews.
-Undertaking scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial impact and risk.
-Supporting regulatory reporting and governance activities, including contributions to the ORSA process.
-Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, modelling and finance technology capabilities.
