• Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW


As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll act as the lead commercial representative across a portfolio of projects, taking full accountability for commercial performance from inception through to final account.

You'll typically manage larger or more complex projects, operating independently without day-to-day Senior Commercial Manager support, and leading commercial decision-making across your portfolio.

• Drafting, negotiating, and managing NEC4 contracts (Options A, C and E).

• Taking ownership of commercial risk management and project outcomes
