Relief Security Officer in Milton Keynes

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site. Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate 
• Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
• Manage keys and perform locking and unlocking duties as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
• Carry out routine tests of security equipment where appropriate
• Maintain all logbooks and records as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
• Issue visitor/contractor passes in accordance with the Assignment Instructions
• Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring the safeguarding of the premises

• A valid SIA licence
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable and trustworthy
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history to meet vetting requirements
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken—for clear, confident interactions
• Your own transport, enabling you to travel reliably between multiple sites as needed
