This is a zero-hours, flexible position, perfect for those looking to earn extra money, gain event experience, or be part of something energetic and fun.

What you will be doing

• Helping guests with mobile ticketing and app queries, and resolving any ticket issues

• Accessibility and re-seating support to support customers needs

• Answering customer enquiries and providing helpful information

• Guiding guests around the stadium

What we're looking for

• A friendly, proactive, and people-first attitude

• Confidence working in busy, high-energy environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A passion for making everyone feel welcome and supported
