Scotiabank's Energy Investment Banking team is expanding its presence across EMEA, and we are looking for an experienced Reservoir Engineering professional to play a pivotal role in building our growing franchise.
This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with high-profile transaction execution, working alongside investment bankers, corporate finance professionals, private capital providers, national oil companies, and international energy companies on some of the sector's most complex and strategic transactions.
You will be at the centre of acquisitions, divestitures, financings and strategic advisory mandates, providing critical technical insight that drives investment decisions and creates value for our clients across the global energy landscape.
As Associate Director, Reservoir Engineering, you will lead the technical evaluation of upstream oil and gas assets, supporting transaction execution and business development across a broad range of international mandates.
You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients while working closely with investment banking colleagues to deliver best-in-class advisory services across acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, strategic reviews and capital raising assignments.
You are a technically respected reservoir engineer who enjoys applying your expertise in a strategic, commercial environment. You are equally comfortable evaluating a reservoir model, presenting insights to a client boardroom, or partnering with investment bankers to help execute a transformational transaction.
Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to help build a growing energy franchise and make a tangible impact on the future of the business.
