Rural Surveyor

Role Overview

Clients come to us, because we are committed to the business of the countryside. Whatever the type of property, whether a farm or estate each of our experienced experts has a specialism relating to our clients' needs.

We are seeking an individual to join our rural business in Scotland, with opportunities available in both Perth and/or Edinburgh. We welcome candidates with specialist valuation expertise, as well as those interested in a blended role encompassing Landlord and Tenant matters, Access and Rights, Valuation, and Rural Consultancy for a diverse client base.

You will be a confident and effective communicator with a strategic mindset, bringing experience across a wide range of rural property.

The role could include consultancy work for our existing estate management clients as well as developing and winning valuation and consultancy jobs.

Team Overview

The successful candidates will be joining the Scotland Rural Consultancy Team, working with other team members based in our in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dumfries and Perth offices. We specialise in providing strategic and day to day advice to a variety of clients. We are passionate about providing a high level of service and we do this by investing in our people to enable them to fulfil their aspirations and to succeed within the business and bring with them their unique skills, personality and passions so that they are able to thrive.
