The role

Role Overview

The Director of National Infrastructure Planning will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and growing Savills' infrastructure planning capability across the UK. This position sits at the forefront of delivering nationally significant infrastructure projects, particularly within the energy transition, renewables, and wider infrastructure sectors.

The role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability, and technical excellence, requiring an individual who can both win and deliver complex planning projects while influencing policy and industry direction.

As our pipeline continues to expand, we are recruiting across multiple senior roles within our National Infrastructure Planning team, including Director-level appointments. We are seeking individuals with strong experience in Planning Act 2008 (DCO) procedures who are looking to take a leading role in a growing, market-facing team.

This is a rare opportunity to lead, shape and grow our infrastructure planning offer, working alongside leading experts in environmental planning, sustainability, land and CPO, while being at the forefront of the UK's infrastructure and energy transition agenda.

Join at a pivotal moment and play a defining role in our continued growth.
