Private Debt Mobilisation ("PDM") brings together the various private-side distribution and structuring teams from the bank's corporate and institutional businesses, including private-side structuring, managing underwriting risk, loan primary and secondary syndication, securitisation, structured sales, private placement, repackaging, credit insurance and trade distribution teams.

  • Preparing internal presentations and teasers for investors
  • Managing investor meetings, both in person and virtually, and ensuring accurate records of these meetings are input into the systems and disseminated to the appropriate parties
