The role

Do you enjoy turning complex business needs into simple, scalable solutions? Are you equally comfortable shaping a roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and getting hands-on with Salesforce?

At GibbsCAM, we are looking for a Business Systems & Operations Lead to help us strengthen the way our commercial systems, data and operational processes support the business.

In this highly visible, cross-functional role, you will take ownership of the business roadmap for Salesforce and related applications, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Support, Product and our Post Processor organization. Your goal will be simple: make it easier for our teams to work effectively, make better use of data and scale our operations as the business evolves.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will have the opportunity to shape priorities, translate business challenges into practical solutions, drive adoption and continuous improvement, and bring together stakeholders across functions and geographies.

You will not need a large team behind you to make an impact. Your success will come from your expertise, influence, collaboration and ability to turn ideas into sustainable solutions.

This is an opportunity to have a visible impact across GibbsCAM. Your work will help connect our people, processes, data and technology, creating simpler ways of working and stronger foundations for future growth.

You will work with colleagues across multiple functions and geographies and have the space to combine your business understanding, Salesforce expertise and transformation mindset to make a tangible difference.

  • Have strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and enjoy understanding how systems work in practice.
  • Can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on problem solving.
  • Have successfully delivered CRM implementations, global rollouts, optimization programs or complex business-system transformations.
  • Enjoy working across functions, countries and organizational levels, building relationships and influencing without relying on hierarchical authority.
  • Can make complex topics understandable and translate them into clear priorities and actions.
  • Bring a structured, analytical approach while remaining pragmatic and curious.
  • Are interested in how data, automation and AI can improve the way people work.
  • Communicate confidently in English. Additional European languages are welcome.

What you'll do

  • Shape our Salesforce and business systems roadmap, ensuring that our platforms evolve with business priorities.
  • Turn business needs into practical solutions, from process design and automation to dashboards, integrations and improved ways of working.
  • Connect teams and systems across Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Support, Product and other business functions.
  • Make our operations simpler and more scalable by reducing manual work, improving workflows and strengthening governance.
  • Use data to make a difference, improving data quality, reporting consistency and decision-ready insights.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, bringing together colleagues, technology partners and stakeholders around common outcomes.
  • Explore meaningful opportunities for AI and automation, with the right governance and focus on tangible business value.
  • Help colleagues get the most from new tools and processes through clear communication, training and change management.

How you'll work

The role includes approximately 15-25% international travel, primarily for stakeholder collaboration, project delivery and training.

What will help you succeed

You may bring experience from Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, CRM, Business Systems, Salesforce or Business Transformation. More important than following one particular career path is your ability to connect business challenges with technology and deliver practical results.
