Why join us

Joining Argos Creative Studio as a Retoucher means becoming part of our in-house creative agency, helping to create the imagery that brings Argos to life across eCommerce, campaigns, PR and social.

You'll join a creative, collaborative studio where brilliant craft and new technology come together. Alongside delivering beautifully finished imagery, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how we use AI, automation and smarter workflows to evolve the way we work. You'll work closely with photographers, art directors, producers and creative teams, helping us maintain brilliant creative standards across Argos.

Who you are

You're an experienced Retoucher with a strong portfolio of high-end commercial work and an exceptional eye for detail. You understand the craft behind brilliant retouching, from colour, light and texture through to compositing and finishing, and know how to maintain quality when working at pace.

You're also curious about what's next. You'll be comfortable exploring AI, automation and new creative technology, with good judgement around when technology can make the work better and when traditional retouching craft is essential. Collaborative, organised and straightforward in how you communicate, you'll enjoy working closely with creative and production teams.
