We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Activities & Wellbeing Assistant to join our small, committed team at the Eileen Tozer Day Centre in Addlestone. The centre provides a traditionally cooked midday meal alongside a range of physical, mental and social activities, supporting older residents to remain active, independent and connected.

- Assist clients to access facilities and services within the centre.
- Encourage clients to engage with others and participate in organised activities and events.
- Monitor clients' wellbeing and act as a point of contact while they are in the centre.
- Support the organisation and delivery of activities tailored to clients' interests.
- Encourage and assist clients to maintain their independence and confidence.
- Follow up non-attendance and maintain accurate client records in line with procedures.
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Support service delivery at other RBC Day Centres when required.
