The role

As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions -- we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.

There has never been a more exciting time to join RSM's digitally led Forensic practice. As this area continues to grow, we are expanding our disputes capability and offering the opportunity to take on a hands-on Manager role within a dynamic and ambitious team.

Our Forensic team supports clients across a broad range of contentious matters, combining technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver high-quality work in complex and often high-profile situations. This role offers the chance to work across expert accounting engagements including quantum and damages analysis, valuations, SPA disputes, business interruption and warranty claims, and litigation and mediation support.

As a Managing Consultant in our Disputes team, you will play a central role in managing and delivering client assignments, supporting senior leadership while taking day-to-day responsibility for progressing work, coordinating junior team members, and building strong relationships with clients and instructing lawyers. You will also contribute to business development activity and help support the continued growth of this expanding area of the practice.

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of disputes and expert accounting assignments across a varied portfolio of matters
  • Preparing, reviewing, and finalising high-quality client deliverables, reports, and other written outputs
  • Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients and instructing lawyers while responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
