Postal Delivery Driver (Postie)

Royal Mail is the United Kingdom's national postal service, providing letter and parcel delivery through its one-price-goes-anywhere Universal Service. It operates as part of International Distribution Services (IDS), a global logistics company that also runs the GLS delivery network across more than 50 countries, and is owned by EP Group since 2025.

Royal Mail serves millions of customers in the UK and worldwide, and the group also includes Parcelforce Worldwide and MarketReach. As the Universal Service Provider, it is regulated by Ofcom, and it continues to invest in modernising its delivery network, including out-of-home locker networks and parcel services shaped by growing e-commerce.
