Data Analyst

The Royal Albert Hall is looking for a curious and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team within IT.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career at a world-famous cultural venue and charity, helping us use data to create breathtaking moments and lasting memories for everyone
What you'll do
You will help colleagues across the Hall turn data into better decisions. Working with information from our CRM, ticketing and operational systems, you will produce clear analysis, reliable reports and practical insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Using tools including Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI and Excel, you will explore and validate data, identify trends and anomalies, build reports and dashboards, and support improvements to data quality. You will also work alongside experienced BI colleagues, developing your technical skills and your understanding of the Hall's systems and activities.
