As the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Sales Director to join our Estate Agency team
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced senior sales leader to take on a key operational role within our team. You'll lead up to four experienced Area Directors, each accountable for high‑performing, field‑based Account Management teams. These are senior, established leaders - and success in this role relies on your ability to influence, challenge and develop them through trust, credibility and adaptability rather than directive management.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a central role in shaping and delivering our agency's strategic plan. You'll be responsible for mentoring, developing, and guiding the Area Directors - helping them grow high-performing teams and ensuring clear, effective communication across all levels. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and growth, we'd love to hear from you.
You will lead and manage the part of the UK sales teams, supporting team development, fostering key customer relationships, and driving collaboration across departments to deliver the business strategy.
Despite our growth, we've remained a friendly, supportive place to work, with employee #1 still working here! We've done this by placing the Rightmove Hows at the heart of everything we do. These are the essential values that reflect our culture, and include:
We believe in careers that open doors and help our team develop by providing an open and inclusive work environment, offering ongoing training opportunities, and supporting charity fundraising events. And with 89% of Rightmovers saying we're a great place to work, we're clearly doing something right!
