- Support project controls, change management and document control processes.
- Assist with the coordination of design, commercial and construction activities.
- Support stakeholder engagement and clear, timely project communications.
- Contribute to reports, presentations, briefing notes and project updates.
- Help ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client objectives, agreed governance and programme requirements.
Essential skills and experience
- Approximately two or more years' experience in project management, project coordination or a comparable project delivery role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to record keeping and follow-up.
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and project stakeholders.
- The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel to client offices and project sites as required.
Desirable experience
- Experience within construction, property, infrastructure, engineering or professional consultancy.
- Exposure to public sector, healthcare, commercial, mission-critical or refurbishment projects.
- An understanding of project governance, controls, risk management and change management.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
- Membership of, or progress towards membership of, APM, CIOB, RICS or another relevant professional body.
