The Position
We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to help maintain, secure and improve the technology that supports our dealerships across the Group. Working closely with our Group IT Manager, you'll take ownership of infrastructure, resolve complex technical issues and help deliver projects as our business continues to grow.

- Helping deliver infrastructure upgrades, improve network security and integrate new dealership locations.
- Managing system updates, endpoint security and vulnerability fixes to help protect our systems and data.
- Maintaining technical documentation and supporting data protection, compliance and information requests.
- Managing Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and SharePoint.
- Monitoring system performance and investigating issues before they affect the wider business.
- Supporting email security, business applications, backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Supporting Windows computers, iPads and other devices used across the Group.
Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced in IT infrastructure, systems administration or 2nd/3rd line support, with at least three years' relevant experience.

- Familiar with cyber security, system patching and endpoint protection.
- A confident problem-solver who can manage competing priorities and take ownership of technical issues.
- Able to explain technical information clearly to colleagues without a technical background.
- Organised, approachable and comfortable working independently as part of a small IT team.
- Interested in improving systems and contributing to infrastructure projects.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence and happy to travel between Group locations when required.
- Experience with Barracuda email security, network monitoring, backup and disaster recovery tools, dealership systems or mentoring junior colleagues would also be beneficial.
