The role
Open Room aims to give theatre practitioners at the very beginning of their careers a chance to see inside a professional rehearsal room.
We are inviting aspiring Directors, Movement Directors, Dramaturgs and Musical Directors to apply for the opportunity to observe the rehearsal, tech and preview processes of three productions in our 2027 season (to be announced in late January).
How you'll work
This is an unpaid training opportunity. Regent's Park Open Air Theatre will work with the successful applicants around their availability so that their participation can work alongside any other work/study/caring responsibilities. We will provide a contribution towards travel expenses for successful applicants based outside of London.
