Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Procurement Manager to join our Indirect Procurement team.
This is an influential role managing a portfolio of indirect categories, which may include marketing, IT, logistics, engineering and other business services, supporting significant third-party annual spend.
You will take end-to-end ownership of your assigned categories, developing and delivering practical, evidence-based sourcing plans aligned with business priorities. Through market engagement, tendering and effective commercial negotiation, you will identify opportunities to create value across total cost, service, quality, risk, innovation, sustainability and process efficiency.
You will manage supplier relationships, performance measures and improvement plans while working collaboratively with Finance, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and wider stakeholders. You will also use data, reporting and appropriate digital tools to improve spend visibility, support informed decision-making and progress opportunities from initial concept through to implementation and measurable benefit.
The role will be predominately based from our Leeds office (LS15), with regular travel to other Quorn sites and suppliers.
Every applicant will receive a response, whether successful or not. We aim to reply to everyone as quickly as possible, though at busy times this may take a little longer. For transparency, if you are shortlisted, the recruitment process will look like this:
1st Stage - 45 minute - 1 hour Microsoft Teams introductory call with our Strategic Procurement Lead & Resourcing Partner
2nd Stage - in-person interview and task with key stakeholders from our team
If you have any questions regarding any of the above or the application process, please feel free to reach out to our Resourcing Partner Jacob Senior.
