We're looking for a Recruiter to join our growing London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service.

In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles - helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Thales.

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
• Use multiple channels - job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals - to attract top-tier engineering talent.

🔹 Screening & Selection

• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.

🔹 Candidate Experience

• Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
• Communicate ALTEN's culture and values clearly throughout their journey.

🔹 Data & Reporting

• Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
• Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
