Programmes like Black Talent in Business play an important role in helping us address this gap by widening access, building confidence and connections, and creating clearer pathways into our profession.

This programme is designed to give Black undergraduate students the opportunity to explore careers at PwC, build their understanding of our business and gain greater access to the opportunities we offer. Come and connect with people from across the firm, hear first-hand about their experiences and develop the skills, knowledge and networks that can help you build a successful career.

Audit and Assurance

In Audit and Assurance, you'll verify the credibility and reliability of all kinds of data, creating transparency and trust by bringing independent rigour to the information that underpins the economy. We're redefining the future of Audit and embedding the latest technology into every aspect of our work. You'll work with cutting-edge digital tools and AI, while helping clients ensure they have the systems, internal controls, governance policies and risk management processes in place to deliver information accurately and effectively.

What you'll need

You are in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any subject;

Or in your second year of a four-year degree in any subject.

When you apply, we'll also ask for your location preference. If you successfully complete the recruitment process, we'll then let you know which office you'll be based in during the three-day programme. Please be aware that we may not be able to offer you your first-choice office location.
