  • Shape solution architecture for AI programmes from discovery and design through to deployment.
  • Build and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs, agentic AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data specialists, and product professionals.
  • Embed governance, security, observability, and responsible AI principles throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Partner with clients to define AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and drive business outcomes.

The role is for you if

  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions in consulting, advisory or client-facing environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI architecture, data platforms, cloud technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, orchestration frameworks and AI governance.
  • Experience working with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, DevSecOps and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading teams, workstreams or technology programmes in complex client environments.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
