Barback

We're looking for an energetic and hardworking Barback to join Public House Group! Working alongside our bartenders, you'll keep the bar stocked, clean and running smoothly, especially during busy service. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes behind the bar and become part of a business that values quality, teamwork, and a shared passion for great service.

What you'll be doing as a Barback

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and drinks throughout service.
• Support the bartenders during busy periods so service runs smoothly and quickly.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware, keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised.
• Help with deliveries and move stock from the cellar or storage areas to the bar.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service.

About you, our new Barback

• Positive and friendly attitude as well as a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
