What you'll do

Lead and set the standard: Act as the technical owner for the analytics team, establishing and enforcing robust standards for data warehousing architecture, data modelling, and data cleanliness to ensure a single, pristine source of truth

Build and Scale the Team: Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition as the company expands providing key inputs on required capabilities and target personnel

Define strategic metrics: Be instrumental in identifying and choosing the correct KPIs and metrics for dashboards and analysis, ensuring complex data structures are easily translatable into clear, actionable business insights

Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business

To help fuel that growth, we need a Senior Data Analyst to join our Claims UK team.

Our Claims Team is a pillar of our strategic plan for Prima's future growth. In this role you will be instrumental in building dashboards, deep-dive analysis, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Key qualifications include strong SQL and Tableau skills, along with experience in analyzing large datasets.

What we're looking for

Proven track record (4+ years) in data science/data analytics, including building of live dashboards

Experience leading a team of data scientists

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and the Databricks environment

Comfortable working in a growing / scale-up business environment

Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving attitude
