Kitchen Team Member - Manchester City Centre (Princess Street) Premier Inn

You'll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone's stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.

As a Kitchen Team Member you'll help make sure every guest gets a meal they'll enjoy. You'll:

Prepare ingredients before service starts

Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service

Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush

Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be

Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly

Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You'll be part of a team that's working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

You'll build kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence working in a team.

Some people stay because they love the team. Others use the experience to move into other parts of Premier Inn. However far you want to go, we'll help you get there.
