- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor
- A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The role
Every patient’s journey is different - help make each one feel supported from the start.
We’ve got a vacancy for an experienced Treatment Coordinator and Head Receptionist at our welcoming Harley Street Dental & Implant Clinic in London.
Please note that frequent Reception cover will be required as part of this role.
We’d love to receive your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
How you'll work
- Full-time hours available - 40 hours per week
- Typical shifts: Monday to Friday with shifts between 08:00am to 8:00pm - in shifts and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month from 8:30am to 1:30pm
- Flexibility to work Saturday mornings twice a month
