You'll play a key role in delivering high-impact structural solutions across a diverse range of sectors-from Highways and Public Realm to Residential, Healthcare, Education, Justice, Commercial, and Leisure-making a real difference in the built environment.

• Ensure high-quality technical delivery of projects and tasks, including design, calculations, and drawing support.
• Undertake building surveys and provide appraisals with recommendations for remedial solutions.
• Manage small project fees and resources to ensure commercial success.
• Act as point of contact for client and contractor queries.
• Minimise health and safety risks and promote Pick Everard staff competencies.
• Collaborate with project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Integrate sustainable engineering practices into projects and commit to ongoing professional development.
• Compliance with Health & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.
