What you'll do
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects across the education, healthcare and heritage sectors, with values ranging from £5m to £250m.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documentation and project reports.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and successful project outcomes.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and taking responsibility for managing your own projects from inception to completion.
- Managing the day-to-day planning, programming and coordination of project activities.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and best practices.
