Are you looking for a practice where you can genuinely enjoy your work-life balance, develop your clinical interests, and be part of a supportive team that values your contribution?

At Chippenham Vets for Pets, we're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and established team. Whether you're more recently graduated and building your confidence, or an experienced vet looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

We know every vet is different, which is why we're committed to offering a role that works for you. We welcome applications from vets looking for full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility around working patterns wherever possible.

You'll be joining a close-knit team consisting of:

• 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses
• 2 Veterinary Care Assistants
• 4 Client Care Advisors
• Dedicated Practice Manager

Our purpose-built practice is equipped to provide excellent clinical care, with:

• 3 consulting rooms
• Dedicated colleague office and kitchen area
• 15-minute routine consultations
• 30-minute consultations for more complex cases
• Protected admin time built into the diary
• One-hour lunch breaks
• Morning and afternoon tea breaks

We're proud to have a loyal client base and a varied caseload that allows cases to be worked up locally. We also work alongside visiting specialists, giving our team exposure to a wide range of cases:

• RATA Specialists providing Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Ophthalmology and Ultrasonography
• Insight Veterinary Specialists providing Ultrasonography support

We're passionate about helping our colleagues grow. Whether you have a particular clinical interest you'd like to pursue or you're considering a certificate, we'll support you every step of the way.

Certification is actively encouraged and fully funded, and you'll have access to guidance from both your practice colleagues and our experienced regional support team.

Chippenham offers the best of both worlds. Surrounded by beautiful Wiltshire countryside, it also benefits from excellent transport links to Bristol and London, with the historic city of Bath just a short distance away. Whether you enjoy outdoor adventures, city life, or somewhere in between, Chippenham has plenty to offer.
