This is an exciting opportunity for a Special Project Manager to join the Special Projects Team. The purpose of this role is to provide the project management for the investigation and remediation of Cladding projects for the Company across the UK, whilst reporting to the Group Special Projects Director. Responsible for the allocated budget and management of the project team and design consultants.

• Maintain comprehensive budgets and project schedules as outlined by the company guidelines
• Monitor the compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations as per the company Health and Safety policy and review site safety plans and ensure the communication and administration of specific requirements.
• Review all consultant and contractor reports and proposals for investigations and remedial proposals
• Coordinate and manage site related issues whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
• Ensure regular liaison with each project team to record progress against programme and prepare minutes of the same
• Maintain project tracking logs, change orders, submittals, site deliveries and critical material shipments
• Maintain Project Status Reports for the Group Special Projects Director and participate in internal project status meetings
• Ensure regular contact with building Freeholders in conjunction with the relevant building project team
