We're looking for a Conveyancer to join our in-house legal on a fixed term basis. The purpose of the role is to manage the legal process of residential property transactions, primarily the sale of new-build homes and the purchase of part exchange properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient process in line with company standards and customer satisfaction goals

• Manage and run plot sales, part exchanges, and purchases for designated Group companies to ensure smooth and timely property transactions.
• Prepare individual plot documentation and manage the transfer or lease process to facilitate accurate and efficient legal completion.
• Conduct title checks and report on part exchange transactions to identify risks and support informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with purchaser's solicitors, the Group Legal Department, and regional operating companies to promote collaboration and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor the legal process to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions and compliance with procedures.
• Handle miscellaneous property queries and plot-related matters to provide responsive support and maintain service standards.
• Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Conveyancers to support their development and enhance team performance.
• Work collaboratively with peers to foster a cohesive and high-performing team environment.
