The role
Job Title:.NET/React Developer (Software Engineer III, IC20) - Hellaby
What you'll do
- Develop, test, and maintain.NET backend services and React UIs for assessment platforms.
- Integrate cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimise application performance and resolve incidents rapidly.
- Mentor peers, review code, and drive best practices in software development.
- Support production deployments and provide technical input during key project phases.
Hellaby Context
- Hybrid working: 3 days/week onsite at Hellaby, with flexibility for key project periods.
- Occasional travel to other Pearson sites.
- Focus on high-stakes, regulated assessment systems.
