Location: Cambridge - onsite 3 days per week
Duration: 6 months Fixed Term Contract, potential to be extended
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience
Start: Immediate
At Pace, our consultants genuinely care about the impact our work has on our customers and their customers alike. We are ‘problem solvers’ who call on our collective experience, knowledge and skills to support customers to access benefits early.
Our mission is to create environments that thrive for our customers; we enable this by providing transformation, process optimisation, and automation services, all with the aim of enabling our customers to harness human autonomy.
We are reimagining how transformation services are delivered, taking a human-centred approach, and our work is having a material impact on people's lives. If this resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to keep projects organised, funded and moving.
Working alongside collaborative engineering teams, you will support our Cambridge-based AI technologies customer. This is an opportunity to support innovative AI and technology programmes and engage with some of the most exciting companies in the start-up ecosystem.
You will take ownership of procurement and invoice coordination, support the day-to-day organisation of projects, and ensure that actions, costs and delivery progress are accurately tracked through to completion.
This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy technical environment, takes pride in keeping work on track and is confident following up with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
Please note that this is an immediate requirement. Applicants must be available to start at short notice and able to work from the Cambridge office 2–3 days per week.
