The role

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Technical Program Manager (IC4) in Ireland to lead network engineering, availability, and operations programs within its physical networking, restricted and sovereign regions organization.

What you'll do

  • Lead concurrent, interdependent programs, including production network hardware and software upgrades. Define milestones, owners, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and escalation paths.

  • Coordinate teams to resolve issues, close gaps, and deliver against program commitments.

  • Provide concise weekly updates to executives and stakeholders covering progress, decisions, blockers, risks, and required actions.

  • Maintain Jira work items and reporting so program status and ownership remain accurate.

  • Track operational and performance metrics, explain their business impact, and present findings to leadership.

  • Coordinate and lead a weekly operational review and other key stakeholder meetings, managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes/minutes, and action items.

  • Coordinate compliance driven audits and remediation programs with internal teams, external auditors, and regulators.

  • Partner with customers and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Improve program processes, documentation, and reporting to increase visibility and predictability.
