The role
Bring Danish craftsmanship to the UK
Ole & Steen is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our UK marketing and turn a much-loved Danish bakery brand into a name more people know, visit and return to.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you'll own the annual marketing plan and the UK marketing calendar. You'll work across digital, social, CRM, PR and in-store, and with agencies and teams in Operations, Product, Digital and Leadership, to create campaigns that drive awareness, footfall, loyalty and sales.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead. Turn commercial goals into clear priorities, campaigns and measurable KPIs, and manage the marketing budget so every pound delivers.
- Bring the brand to life. Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR and in-store, telling the story of our Danish heritage, product quality and craftsmanship.
- Grow digital and CRM. Develop our UK website, work with our Denmark Digital Team on loyalty, app content and customer communications, and steer paid media and social to maximise ROI.
- Build reach and partnerships. Secure PR coverage, spot brand partnerships and cultural moments, and support activity across Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
- Work with people. Manage agencies, collaborate with the Marketing Executive, and build strong relationships across the business.
What we're looking for
- Previous Marketing Manager experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or consumer brands.
- A track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, social media and brand development.
- A commercial mindset that balances creativity with results, and confidence using data to optimise performance.
- Excellent communication, and the organisation to run several projects at once.
- A proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
