We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Warehouse Operative to support our Operations team, based at our warehouse in AIT, Swindon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick and prepare customer orders

Assist with a variety of Warehouse tasks, including picking and packing, unloading of containers and loading of customer orders

Accurate and efficient completion of tasks

Effective communication of any issues encountered to all necessary parties

Confidently communicate internally, dealing with QC issues and responding to teams across the company.

Ensuring all legal Health & Safety legislation and operational procedures are adhered to at all times

Working in adherence with Health & Safety Guidelines at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others

ABOUT YOU

Experience in warehouse picking and packing

A polite and positive manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate to all levels of the business

An understanding of premium brands and the required level of customer service

Actively seeks continuous personal improvement in the work environment

Ability to adapt in a fast-moving business, taking on new challenges and responsibilities

Flexible attitude to working within other areas or departments depending on business requirements

IT literate with experience in Warehouse Management Systems

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

A creative, problem-solving spirit
