The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, managing schedules, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members, and management.

• Provide regular feedback and guidance to staff to support performance and development.

• Handle concerns or conflicts professionally and constructively.

• Communicate cleaning standards and expectations effectively to ensure consistency.

• Promote a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and cleaning equipment.

• Report hazards, accidents, and near-misses promptly.

• Provide training on manual handling, chemical safety, and emergency procedures.
