What you'll do

As a Contact Centre Coordinator, you'll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you'll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.

Expertly handle all contact with our customers, including dealing with inbound calls and emails.
Deliver excellent customer service, every time.

How you'll work

Epsom Support Centre | Service Centre | Permanent | Full Time

37.5 hours per week

Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm)
