Reward Advisor

Reward Advisor Working hours: Full time 37 hours per week (flexible working arrangements including part time will be considered) Salary: from £35,000 Contract: 6 months - Employed through our Temporary Worker Agency Location: Pity Me, Durham / Hybrid working available.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, solutions-focused and passionate about delivering excellent outcomes.

You may already have experience working in reward, compensation and benefits, or within a broader People/HR role and be keen to develop your reward expertise further. However, we're equally interested in individuals who demonstrate the right skillset, enthusiasm and capability to succeed.
