Part-Time Goalkeeper Coach

Northampton Town Football Club is looking to recruit a part time Goalkeeper Coach to work with the Under 9-16 Goalkeepers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• The role includes overseeing an age specific programme to the Under 9-16 goalkeepers.

• Delivering of age specific syllabus to players in their charge.

• Ensuring each goalkeeper in the U9-16 groups has an Individual Learning Plan that is monitored and periodically reviewed. Assisting the Head of Coach Development and Lead phase coaches in developing and delivering the ILPs for these players.

• Completing online and electronic reviewing and assessments of players and sessions.

• Communicating effectively with all team members and reporting back to the Lead Phase Coach.

• Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent coaching.

• Have experience of working with the FIP, ensuring all player records, session planning and administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
