Nice to have
Are you passionate about building relationships, creating business opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Telesales & Sales Support team supporting one of the world's leading payment providers.
If you're a Danish speaker who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is motivated by both customer service and sales success, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you'll complete a comprehensive training programme designed to prepare you for success while supporting one of our clients in the payment industry.
This is a varied position combining 50% Sales Support and 50% Outbound Sales, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with business customers while supporting them throughout the sales journey.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Connect with business customers and decision-makers through high-quality outbound calls. Build trust, understand customer needs, confidently handle objections, and recommend the most suitable payment solutions while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Support & Administration:
Support customers by following up on contracts, completing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Partner Sales:
Engage with customers of Worldline's strategic partners, promoting products and services as part of existing partnership agreements while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Teamwork & Performance:
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve both individual and team targets, contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Please note: This project follows the Danish banking calendar. On Danish bank holidays (rather than Spanish bank holidays), the project will be closed and these days will need to be taken as mandatory annual leave.
If this sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you! Join our team and become part of a company that values collaboration, personal development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
