The TL works in close partnership with the Architecture team and Engineering Manager (PM) to lead a high-performing team capable of delivering at pace. They help stakeholders understand technical complexity, enabling accurate estimation and effective capacity planning. They are a senior engineer who mentors others, collaborates across distributed teams, and works closely with Engineering leadership.

What you'll do

Co-lead a cross-functional, cross-platform Product Team (squad) to become high-performing

Work closely with the Engineering Manager (EM) and Integration Architect to make decisions on ways of working, delivery, and prioritisation

Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and understanding of integration concepts

Remove technical blockers impacting delivery (e.g., environment access, service dependencies, pipeline issues)

Proactively identify and manage technical debt within integration platforms

Design scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions using Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Container Applications)

Ensure high reliability and security through monitoring, alerting, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies
